Advancing Menstrual Awareness in sports with adidas. It’s time to normalize the conversation around menstruation. In cooperation with the adidas Breaking Barriers Academy and female athletes, we reshaped the narrative around menstruation and took one step further to an inclusive sports world. This special designed course aims to help people to overcome biases, build supportive environments and discover the importance of menstrual cycle education and awareness in sports - whether someones a player, a coach or a sports enthusiast.
