What sounds as simple as wrong proves to be very constant cliches that keep young adults from chasing their dreams when it comes to chose the right job. For the "Initiative Klischeefrei" by the Bundesministerium für Forschung und Bildung, we challenged these persistent barriers to a choice free from gender norms. For the series designed to serve a Youtube and TikTok audience, we asked a midwife, truck driver, social worker, farmer, teacher, kinder gardener, contruction worker and carpenter about their routines, struggles and advice for a more equal work space.
